(Aḫlamû) šūt kuštāru : the people (living in) tents / nomadic "Aḫlamu" ;
(note) : the name "Aḫlamû" is the closest to (and has been translated as such) "Arameans", actually it seems that the "Aḫlamû" were (Semitic) nomads living among urbanized Semites called "AMURRUM" [MAR.TU : ] whose name means "westerners" / living west (from us) . As far as we know the word "Aramean" has a biblical / Hebraic origin but not an Akkadian one.
