one theory has it that the name "Hebrew" be derived form a contemptuous term "apiru" (="dusty, covered with dirt ..." given by the Ancient Egyptians to the nomads ; is it not strange to be able to establish a connection with that very same entry ܥܲܦܪܵܐ ; is it a mere coincidence ? ; compare with ܥܸܒ݂ܪܵܝܵܐ
